This stand alone show coming a week after the end of like a twenty something show run in twenty something days remains one of my favorites to this day. As the band began to play in the quad outside at Washington and Lee University in Lexington,VA it was pretty much a handful of true believers. By the end, students looking all fly in their blue blazers and dresses started milling in and it was a killer college party with DBT outside in the Blue Ridge Mountains(yes I’ve seen the Blue Ridge Mountains Boy).Aren’t y’all glad I bought along my cameras and taping gear?
