Guilty tv viewing pleasures....

Post by The Black Canary »

And no I do not mean porn!!!

One of my guilty TV views as of late is "The Real Houswives of New York." The old adage money can not buy you happiness is so true.

As for movies, I just can not help watching anything Shirley Temple did as a child. Maybe it is the tap danceing of 8 years who knows but I always have to watch them when they are on. And least we not forget Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes, my goodness intelligence is so sexy :D :D ;)

And I do love the old Godzilla movies!!!! Basic good v evil!!!! You can never go wrong with that plot line!!! :D ;)

I still watch America's Funniest Videos and I still laugh out loud at all the "crazy stupid shit" in the videos.

Cops and Road House, which seems to be on anytime we stay in a hotel. Was gonna say Intervention but no reason to call that one a guilty pleasure. Same with any Manson-related television

Amen to that. Probably the only show on TV anymore that does make me laugh out loud.

Does anyone watch the freaky "Vex-Con" pest control family from Louisiana? I don't even know what channel it's on and it's ridiculously bad, but I've seen it twice and I can't seem to turn it off.

I always thought Dale Gribble was based on a character in a little known move called The Last Night at The Alamo. The movie is set in Texas and about the last night a bar/roadhouse called The Alamo is open. There is a skinny exterminator in the movie who drives a similar pickup truck as Dale Gribble. Great movie, btw, if you ever find it.

I hate to admit, but every season I'm glued to the Real World. Constant hot tub action might have something to do with it, though. :D

Real Housewives of Atlanta has nothing at all to do with Atlanta. It's horrendous. Absolutely embarrassing.

I love Real Housewives of NJ though. Danielle is a trainwreck. Her poor, poor children.

I watch The City and The Hills every week. I can't stand Olivia and I've come to love Spencer.
Can you hear that singing? Sounds like gold...
