I'll be happy if they manage to do the February dates. I've had tickets for over 2 years.

Clams says no promo code needed but the ticket site asks for a promo code. Anybody have any insights/suggestions? Thanks.

A bunch of us saw the Truckers w/ The Hold Steady @ the stone pony a few years ago. That was a pretty legendary day. The show was outside during the summer and I don't know what the venue will look like in a covid era April, but no doubt, a legendary band in a legendary venue is pretty much of a sure thing. If it's outside, presumably the sun will be in a better position vis a vis the crowd; the evening sun coming from behind the band directly into the crowd was the only small negative about that day.

Other than Homecoming I think the only other date that Tracy & I will hit on the spring tour is the Cat's Cradle show.

Two nights in Nashville the weekend after homecoming? I’ll start the Gatorade IV now.

Fucking ticketmaster with a service charge of $14.80 on a $30 ticket at the Stone Pony. That's 49% and it's per ticket. Takes a lot to outrage me these days but that'll do it.

The date for the Memphis show was just moved by a night. I think the original date was when The Who are in Memphis.

You know this made me wonder if DBT was opening for The Who???

Yes, I know this is how rumors get started….

Makes sense. You don't want to go up against that

I guess Pete and Roger are as entitled as anyone else to make money. But geez. I really hope they don't sing "My Generation." I first saw The Who forty-eight years ago.
