If you are going to Athens this year,two area hotels are offering discounted rates for DBT fans attending the 40 Watt run. Hotel Indigo which looks like an awesome place to stay is offering a discounted rate of $109 per night with code DBF. Courtyard by Marriot which is where I stayed last year and would have no trouble recommending is offering a rate of $79 per night with code DBTT. The Courtyard is just a stones throw from The 40 Watt and is across the street from the notorious Days Inn so if stumbling distance is a priority and you want to stay next to where all the crazy people are go here. If you want to stay somewhere really unique and soak up all that downtown Athen’s has to offer you you should check out Hotel Indigo. The rates on both hotels are good through December 30th then based on availability and hotels need to be called directly for booking. And remember if your girl starts acting up then you take her friend.
